Double Commission, Double Inform & Double S plus an E

Our Notify software is used by hundreds of letting agents across the country to give their tenants a great move in experience and now it’s back to its full functionality with a fresh new look.

New Partnership with SSE

Our team has been working hard to get another supplier in place and now we’re proud to announce our new partnership with SSE.

SSE is an established and reliable energy provider and partner who will contribute towards the void period, for all properties that successfully go on supply with them.

Your tenants are still able to switch away to an alternative provider or take out a One Utility Bill package with us and we will still inform them of such as they prepare to move in.

We will continue to help thousands of tenants move into their new homes by ensuring their current energy and water supplier are informed about their new home and continue to inform the local council about the new occupants of a property.

Double Commission

Our standard commission structure changed in Autumn 2018 offering greater rewards to agents who submitted tenant information earlier. This is as our ability to help your tenants and offer an excellent service drastically increases with more notice received before their move-in date.

We also paid double the standard commission for any properties submitted via Void Cover and we’re bringing this back due to our new partnership with SSE.

You will automatically have this double commission applied to your Notify account, if you have any questions please get in touch with your account manager.

Double Inform

We’ve been trialing a new feature to the platform, Double Inform. Due to feedback from our partner agents who have enjoyed the trial, we’re releasing this feature to all our agents on the Notify platform.

For Inform Only properties we will notify the existing energy suppliers and the local council that a property has become vacant and advise where to send any interim bills to. Once you’ve let the property, we will then inform the same providers and local council with the incoming tenant’s details too.

These incoming tenants, as always, will be informed of their providers and talked through their options by our fantastic team.
