Admin area

To access the payments page, you’ll need to click on ‘Admin’ in the top right hand corner and enter your management PIN (If you do not know your management PIN, please get in touch with your account manager)

You’ll see three boxes at the top of the screen:

  1. Notify balance – This is the commission you have earned registering tenants through Notify.
  2. Referral balance – You earn commissions on everything a successfully referred agency registers through Notify. The more agencies you successfully refer, the higher the commission you earn!
  3. Total balance – This is the combined total of your Notify and Referral balances. Beneath this is the button you will need to click to withdraw your cumulated commission.

Below these boxes is a list of notifications submitted through Notify, how many days notice you gave us of the tenancy and the commission payable on each notification. The commission for each notification won’t be available to withdraw straight away as we need to verify that the information submitted is correct. These checks tend to be completed closer to the tenancy start date.

Beneath the notification breakdown you will find the ‘Payout history’ section at the bottom of the page. This has been introduced so you can keep track of all your commission payments and when they have been requested.

The payout process works as follows:

  1. Click the blue ‘Pay out’ button under ‘Total balance’.
  2. Tick ‘I confirm’ to having authority to action this payout.
  3. Click the blue ‘Pay out’ button.
  4. The account management team will then contact you to set up payment (if it is your first withdrawal request). In order to process the payout we need the account number, sort code and VAT registration number (if VAT registered)
  5. Your account manager will then create a commission statement which is then sent to you to keep on record.
  6. Payment will be made into your account on the 28th of the following month via BACS payment. (subject to checks)
  7. There are no limits on paying out, you can withdraw every notification or build it up. It’s your money so it is completely your choice what you do with it!

Finally, referrals can be a great extra source of additional income for your letting agency as the more agencies you successfully refer, the more you earn. To learn more about referrals, click here.

The ‘Invite Referral’ button allows you to introduce us to new letting agencies and the ‘View commission calculator’ provides you with an idea of how much you could be making by inviting other letting agencies to use the Notify service. We ask that you first check with the agency before referring their details through Notify.
